Very bright and transparent, the Bar du Parc is located under a large glass roof with large bay windows on either side offering a view of the restaurant and garden.
At the helm, Chef Barman Daniel Rodriguez has created a cocktail menu for a cosmopolitan customer base. A finalist in many competitions, he has developed a perfect mastery of mixology techniques, particularly at Parisian addresses such as Hotel Bel-Ami and Hotel Vernet.
Passionate about the history of spirits and their secrets, he plays with flavours, imagines and personalizes his creations. Among the 50 cocktails and mocktails on offer, the Barman likes to use local products such as the Nemours poppy and has fun making a few hints about Fontainebleau and its history by offering his own creations such as the Royal Parc Julep, the Fontainebleau Spring Punch.
