Educational farm of Saint-Hilliers

Présentation
Awakening the senses: smell, see, touch, hear, snack and, above all, discover - that's what the Saint Hilliers Educational Farm has to offer.
Bons plans :
OFFRE BALAD'PASS : Gratuité pour le détenteur du Balad'Pass pour 3 entrées payantes au plein tarif.
Built in the 17th century, the farm was bought in 1977 by Michel Mellinger, who used it for farming until 1994.
But as early as 1992, children started coming to the farm to discover a world they thought they knew nothing about: the world of the farm, the interface between nature and man.
These were the first visits...
Children get up close and personal with all the farm animals through activities in which they can really take part.
Depending on the season, they take part in brushing donkeys, collecting eggs, cutting wool from sheep's backs, milking goats, feeding pigs, poultry, rabbits and cows, riding the farm horse, helping chicks hatch, etc.
This is the opposite of a zoo: you can actually touch the animals. The visit is supervised by an activity leader for two hours of intense activities, from the very young to the very old!
The farm is constantly expanding and diversifying, and now offers a wide range of educational activities to suit all ages.
Today, the farm welcomes school groups (from nursery school to secondary school), leisure centres, crèches, disabled children and adults, retirement homes and families...
Booking by phone only, 7/7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
