"Papa Jacques", a reference to Jacques Amyot, a 16th-century ecclesiastic, is a wine bar concept with an on-site tasting area.
Customers can choose their wine, taste it on the spot in the cosy lounge and then leave with the bottle they enjoyed.
At Papa Jacques, customers will be able to discover the great classics, as well as natural wines - with no added sulphites -, world wines and spirits (rums, whiskies, Calvados, fine Burgundy or Brittany wines, etc.).
A range of light meals is also on offer, including pintxo from the Basque region and tapas.
